The Koperattiva Kulturali Universitarja (KKU) was founded in 1996 to provide an infrastructure to help students and others both from University and outside express their creativity in cost effective ways.   

The KKU organises an annual summer event known as Evening on Campus. This summer festival of experimental theatre, film, and music, highlights student and alumni talent. This festival has grown in popularity and is now an important event in the national cultural calendar.
 
The KKU has an international network of contacts and has already enabled innovative productions to be presented abroad.

Most of the senior members of the Koperattiva are leading figures on the local cultural scene and they are eager to help to develop the talents of junior members.
