WORLD WATER DAY

World Water Day will be celebrated on Thursday 22 March 2012. For this the Geography Division at the Mediterranean Institute and the University of Malta Geographical Society (UMGS) will be organising a seminar on the Geographies of Water.

The event will take place in the Common Room of University House, Msida Campus between 1100hrs and 1300hrs. The seminar will addressed by Dr Julia Brown from the Geography Department of the University of Portsmouth and various other speakers who carry out research on various geographical aspects related to water resources and management.
