DESCRIPTION | Plotinus, sometimes described as the last great pagan philosopher, was the founder of Neoplatonism, the dominant philosophical movement of the Graeco-Roman world in late antiquity. Themes from his philosophy will include: The One and the hierarchy of principles, the Intellect, Soul and the sensible world, Causation and critique of Aristotle, Human beings etc. Reading List - Plotinus (1966-88) Enneads, trans.
