The document also defines timelines, milestones, resource requirements and associated cash flow forecasts. This study-unit illustrates how to create a business plan but, more importantly, how to use a business plan as a management tool – particularly for business risk assessment.

Students will learn how to create a sound business plan and know how to use it as a management tool.

Content:

1. The business plan explained;
2. Summary documents;
3. Key sections of the plan;
