DESCRIPTION This study-unit is designed to give students an insight into how people and organisations are managed in business. The unit includes topics that define how to choose the correct business model; how to manage stakeholder expectations; how to build teams and manage employees and organisations.

Students will gain a thorough understanding of the management of people and organisations.
