Raphael joined the University in 2012 entrusted with the role of the Green Travel Plan (GTP) Coordinator for UM under the supervision of Prof. Maria Attard (Chairperson of the GTP committee) within the ICCSD. Since then, he took over the project and has worked on the development and implementation of various projects related to travel planning.
Raphael graduated in GIS (Geographic Information Systems) in 2012. He is an active member in the Malta Archaeological Society and has a keen interest in history and art.
