Ruth joined the University of Malta in May 2004 where she held the post of Office Clerk at the Admissions and Records Office. She was promoted to the grade of Executive Officer in November 2007 and to the grade of Administrative Assistant in June 2012. Ruth's areas of expertise include processing of revision of paper, dissemination of reports to the applicants while mediating with the Finance Office for the remuneration of the additional examiners. She also deals with student's queries at the University Customer Care such as giving general course information related to admissions and handling administrative forms. Moreover she is also responsible for the invigilation process, setting-up the invigilation schedules and ensures that invigilators are present for each examination while liaising with the Finance Office for their remuneration. Ruth also carries out other day-to-day office work. Ruth obtained the Diploma in Marketing Studies in 2009 and completed her MBA preparatory programme at the University of Malta.
