DESCRIPTION Tai Chi is all about self-awareness and self-control.
It teaches you the tips and tricks for relaxation and mindfulness. At the same time, it heightens the general energy level and sense of well-being.
The goal of this Tai Chi course is not only to teach you the beautiful Tai Chi sequence, but also to gradually make you more aware and internally attentive.

During this 1-hour classes an experienced Tai Chi teacher will share with you a several profound insights that Chen Style of Tai Chi has to offers. At the end of our 8 classes course you will master a mini-sequence of Tai-Chi movements with the emphasis on some details that are crucial for this internal Martital Art. Mini sequence will help your mind to adsorb what really matters, constituting a training wheels that can help you to master the most basic ideas of the ancient art of Tai Chi.
Subsequently you will be able to proceed with learning the various energetic cultivation practices and internal power phenomena as practiced at Malta Wushu Association.


Objectives:

• To teach students the basic sequence of Tai Chi;
• To enhance students’ physical ability as well as the general energy level and sense of well-being;
• To provide a way to practice relaxation and mindfulness.

Unit Material:

There is no need to bring any equipment, just wear a comfortable sports attire and shoes.
