Welcome to the Department of Arts and Languages in Education

I should like to extend a very warm welcome to all those who come into direct contact with our department. Our department is both vibrant and young!  We are eager to promote in any way possible both Arts subjects and Languages with our young people in both formal and non-formal settings. Our primary grounds of operation are educational settings as we seek to be involved in the curriculum planning and the promotion of innovative teaching and learning strategies for the Arts subjects and Languages which fall within the remit of our department, namely Art, English, French, German, History, Italian, Maltese, Music, Religion, Social Studies and Spanish. However members of staff are at the forefront of promoting also these subjects in both community and national ventures.
