The Institute for European Studies has just published the 14th research paper of the Jean Monnet Occasional Paper Series.

Entitled Governance in the EU Member States – Evidence from Three Global Indicators and written by Professor Lino Briguglio) University of Malta), this paper assesses governance in twenty-eight EU Member States (EUMS) by comparing these states among themselves and with the rest of the world, utilizing three indicators relating to political, economic and social governance.
