The Registration Fee is 380 Euros if paid before 30 September 2010.
The Registration Fee is 450 Euros if paid after 30 September 2010.
RV is supporting a limited number of registrations for students at 190 Euros. If you not a member of faculty and are a registered student you can apply for the student rate, please send an email to Gordon Pace with your request and evidence of student status (a copy of your student card or a signed letter with a letterhead of your university from the head of school or supervisor).
The registration fee includes: coffee breaks on conference days, welcome reception and conference proceedings. Registration will take place at the conference hotel on the evening of Sunday, 31 October 2010 and prior to the conference opening for those who come in late on Sunday.
When filling in the payment summary form on the registration form, please ensure that you have added the fees for any optional tours and conference dinner for yourself and any accompanying persons.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations before 1 October 2010 will be possible by sending an email request and 90% of the fee will be refunded. For cancellations between 1 October 2010 and 19 October 2010 50% of the fee will be refunded. After 19 October 2010 there will be no refund.
