Mr Charles J. Falzon graduated with a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Strathclyde Business School and a Bachelor’s degree (Honours) in Economics from the University of Malta.  He also holds professional qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Quality Assurance (UK) and the Chartered Institute of Professional Development (UK). 

Mr Falzon has been lecturing at the University of Malta since 1978 and currently holds the post of Visiting Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics Management and Accountancy where he lectures on Operations Management. His main fields of interest are small business units, quality management and management development.  Mr Falzon has also sat on various academic boards and committees at the University of Malta. 

He has been involved in several consultancy assignments and drew reports on various projects for a number of corporate bodies in both the public and the private sector.  He served for a period of five years on the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Malta.

Mr Falzon was Short courses manager for MUS Ltd for 15 years and during his tenure he developed a comprehensive training programme which attracted participants from all sectors of industry and commerce.
