Married with three children. Graduated in November, 1993 after successfully completing the course leading to the Doctorate of Laws.
Practised law for the past sixteen years specialized in the fields of civil, commercial and industrial law. Accredited arbitrator with the Malta Arbitration Centre.
Legal Advisor to the MUMN (nurses’ union), ALPA (pilots’ union), Mini-buses Co-Operative, the Association of Building Contractors and Haulers, the Gas Distributors Association and various other organizations. Legal advisor to various companies in the construction industry and business in general. Legal advisor to the GAP Group of Companies and for the Fort Cambridge Development.
Visiting Lecturer at the University of Malta in 2008 / 2009 teaching the subject of Legal Aspects of Marketing within the Faculty of Economics, Management & Accountancy (specifically the Department of Marketing).
