DESCRIPTION Objectives:

To develop in the participants:

- an understanding of the practices and procedures connected with the various types of motor insurance policies;
- knowledge of the applicable legal and regulatory framework in connection with the insurance of motor vehicles;
- the ability to apply product knowledge and understanding in real life scenarios relating to the underwriting of motor risks and the settlement of motor claims;
- an understanding of cross-border motor insurance and claims within the EU;
- an understanding of the assessment of the performance of an motor insurance portfolio.
