DESCRIPTION Objectives:

To develop in the participants

- an understanding of the law of contracts and its applications.
- knowledge of the applicable law which regulates contracts and sets a framework within which they work.
- the ability to appreciate all that underlies a contract and that which is implied when a contract is entered into.

- The Law of Obligations and The Elements of Contract The Formation of Contracts and interpretation
- Fiduciary Obligations and Trusts
- Termination of Contracts / Extinction of Obligations and Remedies
- The Nature of the Insurance Contract
- Life Insurance provisions in our civil code
