Learning Outcomes: 1. Knowledge & Understanding: By the end of the study-unit the student will be able to: Identify and outline key risk management theories and categories and apply them with relevance to the accounting environment. 2. Skills (including transferable [generic] skills): By the end of the study-unit the student will be able to: Analyze key risk issues in credit and financial institutions as well as in audit firms and propose the appropriate response to them of the professional accountant.
