 This conference is sponsored by the Erasmus + programme hence  NO registration fee will apply for participants who have completed the submission and registration process.

 In order to make a submission and officially register:

  • you will need to submit an abstract (deadline November the 4th, 2016)
  • the abstract will be peer-reviewed and evaluated for oral or poster presentation (9th of January, 2017)
  • you will need to send a proof of your travel reservations (deadline 27th January 2017)


There will be a cap on the number of participants (100 -150) depending on the final venue (to be decided soon).

There will be a balance between local and international participants which needs to be met (lower limit 35 Local (Greek) participants and 50 foreign participants). 

The organisation and scientific committee will need address these constrains based on the above mentioned criteria.

Opening Ceremony and Meetings for Freshers
Lectures for continuing day and evening courses are set to commence on Monday, 25th September 2017, whilst lectures for new students following day and evening courses will commence on Thursday, 5th October 2017. Details on the opening ceremony and compulsory meetings for freshers are available here
Courses to be Offered as from October 2017

A list of courses to be offered by the Faculty of Health Sciences, together with details on individual courses and links to further information on the procedure for application submission are available via the prospective students page.

Dates for interviews that will be held with applicants for limited number courses (in the event of over-subscription), as well as interviews to be held with applicants considered in terms of the ‘Adult Learner’ clause are available here.
