The University recognizes its obligation to provide its members of staff with opportunities to improve their qualifications and competencies in their respective fields of operation. These opportunities serve to fulfil the personal aspirations of University employees and to enable them to provide the best services possible. For this purpose, apart from the support provided by the Work-Resources Funds, the University annually awards scholarships through the Staff Development and Scholarship Fund.
