Editor's Note
Happy New Year to all!
New Year should be a time to start afresh. It is a time to set off on a new journey and look at the brighter side of life. Thinking of life itself, not everyone is given the opportunity to grow old and live. After all, happiness is not the fulfilment of what we wish for but an appreciation of what we have. So let us appreciate every single day of our life!
On a different note, for some of us the month of January is all about preparations for the end of semester examinations, assignments and presentations. This month also marks the continuation of the Volleyball League. May I remind you that all games are being held at the Sports Pavillion between 12.30pm and 1.15pm. For those who do not play, they can offer support during the games.
I wish you all the best for the new year and I hope you enjoy the articles and announcements of this issue.
First things to consider ...
 | ... before making your own painting!
I
am convinced that anyone can have a go and create something artsy! This
I believe is one of the most fascinating feature in Art, since unlike
any other subject, art lets you explore different possibilities through
one’s own creativity, helps you try out different techniques, and lets
you express yourself with colour, shapes, lines and subject matters.
Whether or not you are an art buff, a perfectionist, logical by nature
or just love splashing and dripping paint, with art you express yourself
and speak a common language that can be understood by all! |
