Three library tours were organised by the Human Resources Office in collaboration with the Library. The tours were held on 5, 12 and 19 April 2007 at 9.30am and lasted approximately forty minutes. These tours were intended to make staff aware of the services offered by the various sections of the Library. Information leaflets and handouts were distributed to all participants.

An introductory speech was given by Ms Joanna Felice, Head of Reader Services, followed by a power point presentation by Ms Mona Azzopardi and Ms Josianne Vella. Staff had the opportunity to visit the various divisions of the Library, namely the Circulation Desk, the Short Loan Collection Area, the Melitensia Section, the Reference Section, the Periodicals Section, the Acquisitions Department, the Cataloguing Department, the Archives and the Help Desks of the first and second floor.
