Between Tuesday 10th January 2017 and Wednesday 11th January 2017:

  • Presentations of Group Project Proposals will be held by academic members of staff. Timings and venue allocations will be announced in due course.


By Friday 27th January 2017:

  • Students to submit their project choices by NOON. 

    The duly completed and signed registration forms are to be handed in to Ms Francelle Scicluna (Room 4, Level 1, Block A, ICT Building). Students registered for this study-unit can also opt to submit their registration form via email (

Thursday 9th February 2017:

  • Faculty / Departmental office will be publishing the project allocations on the Faculty's webpage. Students will be informed via email when allocations become available.


Monday 22nd May 2017:

  • Submission of one spiral bound copy of the project documentation by NOON. Two copies must be submitted if the project is being co-supervised.

    All submissions are to be carried out through Ms Francelle Scicluna.

    Students may also be asked to submit an electronic copy of their report via Moodle.


From Tuesday 27th June 2017 to Wednesday 28th June 2017:

  • Project Presentation / Demonstration Sessions take place. Students will be asked to jointly give a 20 minute presentation of the solution inclusive of a demonstration of the artifact.

    It is highly recommended that students use personal resources (laptops, tablets, etc...) to present and demonstrate the functionality of the artifact.

    Timings and venue allocations will be announced in due course.

    Students are asked to be available throughout the presentation / demonstration period, as no scheduling alterations will be made unless a well-founded reason is presented and approved by the Board of Studies.
