Name of research group: Bioinformatics

Overview:
This research group is concerned with the design and development of computational tools for the analysis of genomic and proteomic data. The group is also interested in algorithms that are inspired by biological problems. Active areas of the group are:

   1. Amino-acid sequence analysis.
   2. Sequence Classification.
   3. Pathway modelling.
   4. Protein Folding
