Welcome to the Institute of Public Administration & Management

The Institute of Public Administration & Management (IPAM) was established under the terms of an agreement between the Government and the University of Malta, ‘to foster the practice and study of administration and management in the public sector’. In furtherance of this mission, the Institute’s Statute empowers IPAM to carry out a wide range of scholarly activities, including the organization of courses, public lectures and conferences, as well as research.
