Web Editorial Board, set up in February 2008, monitors the online content in terms of its quality, currency and compliance with University web policies/standards set by the WAC. The composition of the Web Editorial Board is:

IT Services coordinates the implementation of the Web Redevelopment Project and provides advice, training and support on:
- migration of websites to the University Web CMS
- development of new websites
- use of the University technology infrastructure for web projects, including templates and the set up of skeleton websites in the Web CMS.
The Communications & Alumni Relations Office is responsible for the content of the University top level web pages. The Office liaises with all departments about:
- new departmental URLs and departmental email addresses
- use of images and university logos on departmental websites
- the writing style for the web.
The Office of the Registrar coordinates with academic departments on the publishing of:
- course regulations
- study-unit descriptions.
The Academic Programmes Quality & Resources Unit (APQRU) coordinates with academic departments on the publishing of academic programmes of studies.
