MLRS is a joint two-year project carried out with the Department of Artificial Intelligence, and is funded through the Research and Technological Development Initiative (RTDI) programme of the Malta Council for Science and Technology (MCST).

The aims of the project are twofold: the development of an electronic lexicon and of a corpus of written Maltese. The lexicon and the corpus are planned to feed each other, with the lexicon extracting new words from the corpus and the corpus using the information in the lexicon to analyse the texts.

For more information, visit to the MLRS website.
