Mediterranean Academy of Diplomatic Studies (MEDAC) and DiploFoundation will be jointly hosting 38^th Annual Meeting of Deans and Directors of Diplomatic Academies and Institutes of International Relations, at St. Julians, Malta 27-29th September 2010, followed by a one-day excursion to Gozo on 30th September.
