Quality Management System

 

The Department of Pharmacy has a Quality Management System (SOP/PD/101_01) for the practical experience in the laboratories. All students are expected to read the Standard Operating Procedures, Good Laboratory Practice (SOP/PD/102_01) and Health and Safety in the Laboratory (SOP/PD/103_01), Training (SOP/PD/104_01) and Laboratory Logbooks (SOP/PD/105_01).

 


 

 Dissertation Projects Request Form


• STUDENTS SHOULD BORROW THE DISSERTATION PROJECT ON MONDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY BETWEEN: 10.00 - 12.00 AND 14.30 – 16.30. (The afternoon hours are applicable ONLY from October 1 till June 15)

• STUDENTS SHOULD APPLY BY FILLING IN THE Dissertation Request Form [PDF] AT LEAST THE DAY BEFORE THEY REQUIRE THE DISSERTATION. NO MORE THAN THREE (3) DISSERTATIONS SHOULD BE GIVEN EACH TIME OF REQUEST.

• THE REQUEST FORM SHOULD BE POSTED IN THE PIGEON BOX NAME UNDER JAN FARRUGIA AND ANNA CREMONA.

• MAKE SURE THAT YOU SIGN ON THE DISSERTATION LOG BOOK WHEN YOU RETURN THE DISSERTATION.
