  • SECOND YEAR – MARCH 15 AT 9.30 PM
  • THIRD YEARS – MARCH 15TH  AT 2.00 PM
  • FOURTH YEARS  – MARCH 17TH AT 9.30 AM
  • FIFTH YEARS – MARCH 17TH AT 2.00PM

MAKE SURE THAT YOU COME ON TIME AND SIGN ON THE ATTENDANCE SHEET WHEN COLLECTING THE TRACKING FORM

 


 

Santo Spirito Pharmacy - Open Day for Academics and Pharmacy Students

Hospital Street – Rabat (next to Local Council Offices)

Thursday 4 March

Guided Tours will be held at the following times:

1000hrs - 1300hrs - 1400hrs - 1500hrs - 1600hrs

This (unlicensed) pharmacy has been rehabilitated and equipped mainly with organic chemicals, dispensing tools together with pharmacy equipment mainly used in former days in the process of dispensing medicines.

7th World Meeting on Pharmaceutics, Biopharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Technology

 

Students who are interested to participate at the forthcoming World Meeting that is being hosted in Malta between the 8 and 11 March 2010 in collaboration with the Department of Pharmacy of the University of Malta and the Malta Pharmaceutical Association may register at http://www.worldmeeting.org and benefit from the student members fee as members of the University of Malta.  You will need to submit your student card.

 


 

Quality Management System

 

The Department of Pharmacy has a Quality Management System (SOP/PD/101_01) for the practical experience in the laboratories. All students are expected to read the Standard Operating Procedures, Good Laboratory Practice (SOP/PD/102_01) and Health and Safety in the Laboratory (SOP/PD/103_01)

 


 

 Dissertation Projects Request Form


• STUDENTS SHOULD BORROW THE DISSERTATION PROJECT ON MONDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY BETWEEN: 10.00 - 12.00 AND 14.30 – 16.30. (The afternoon hours are applicable ONLY from October 1 till June 15)

• STUDENTS SHOULD APPLY BY FILLING IN THE Dissertation Request Form [PDF] AT LEAST THE DAY BEFORE THEY REQUIRE THE DISSERTATION. NO MORE THAN THREE (3) DISSERTATIONS SHOULD BE GIVEN EACH TIME OF REQUEST.

• THE REQUEST FORM SHOULD BE POSTED IN THE PIGEON BOX NAME UNDER JAN FARRUGIA AND ANNA CREMONA.

• MAKE SURE THAT YOU SIGN ON THE DISSERTATION LOG BOOK WHEN YOU RETURN THE DISSERTATION.
