To introduce fundamental nutritional principles with particular emphasis on the pharmacy setting. Learning Outcomes: 1. Knowledge & Understanding By the end of this study unit, the student will be able to: o list general principles of a healthy diet o identify diseases associated with poor dietary habits 2. Skills By the end of this study unit, the student will be able to: o Convey health-related information and motivate individuals to adopt dietary habits |
