The Estates & Works Offices will be closed during the festive season as follows Wednesday 26th December to Tuesday 1st January both days inclusive. 

The University Chaplaincy will be organising this year’s Christmas Midnight Mass based on the theme Rajtha… Smajtha… Qatt Għextha? preceded by carols and animation at 2215hrs.

New Year's Eve Mass will be held at 2030hrs Both masses will be celebrated at the University Chapel, Msida. All university students and staff are most welcome. Further information may be obtained from the Chaplaincy on 2340 2341 or via e-mail: chaplaincy@um.edu.mt

The University Mailroom will be closed on 26th December 2007. Processing of mail will be resumed on 27th December 2007.

University Diaries 2007 can be collected from the Communications & Alumni Relations Office.

The Finance Office will be closed during the festive season as follows:
between the 24th December 2007 up till 2nd January 2008, both days inclusive.

The Office for Human Resources Management & Development will be launching an induction course programme for newly recruited members of staff, which will be held between Tuesday 15 and Tuesday 22 January 2008.  All participants will be informed of the programme by email.

During the Christmas recess (Saturday 22nd December 2007 to Sunday 6th January 2008) the Library will be open:

Mondays to Fridays 0900hrs – 1700hrs

The Library will be closed on Saturdays and on the 24th (Christmas Eve) and 31st December 2007 (New Year’s Eve).
