Malta University Sports &amp;amp; Leisure is pleased to announce the launch of University Football Skills-4-Kids, a football summer school which will run for the first time from July to September 2013 (10 weeks). Football sessions will be held twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays between 1830hrs and 1945hrs at the University 5/7-a-side football pitches. No sessions will be held on Tuesday 13 and Friday 16 August.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;University Football Skills-4-Kids is open to boys and girls aged between 10 and 12 years, and the programme will focus on development of football skills and related fun games. Sessions will be organised by a qualified football coach.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The fee for the programme is €65 per child, which includes a free t-shirt and certificate.  &lt;p&gt; UNIVERSITY OF MALTA &amp;nbsp;&lt;br&gt;Work Resources Fund Committee for Support Staff&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;6 May 2013&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;The introduction of a new sub-category of applications&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The Work Resources Fund Committee for Support Staff was contacted by the ‘University of Malta Green Travel Plan Committee’ asking the WRFC to consider allowing support staff to apply for refunds in connection with purchases of bicycles and cycling equipment in order to promote cycling as a means of transport to and from the University.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;After carefully discussing this request, the Committee agreed to introduce a new sub-category of applications for the ‘Purchase of an Adult Bicycle &amp;amp; Cycling Equipment’, allocating the sum of €235 for the purchase of one adult bicycle and €120 for cycling equipment.
