Dr Nathaniel Massa delivers Enterprise Internationalisation masterclass to SME directors and participants on TradeMalta’s Go Global programme
Dr Massa delivered an applied session on ‘Enterprise Internationalisation and Management Imperatives’ as part of TradeMalta’s current course on SME internationalisation and export management forming part of their Go Global programme.
Targeted at directors and managers of SMEs who are internationally active or about to embark on an internationalisation drive, Dr Massa’s session incorporated case-studies and discussion, applying and leveraging participants’ experiential knowledge towards exploring respective prospects and opportunities.
Resident faculty at the Department of Management at the Faculty of Economics, Management and Accountancy of the University of Malta, Dr Massa is also associated with the Community for Internationalisation and Enterprise Research at the Adam Smith Business School of the University of Glasgow.
Hosted at Malta Enterprise and supported by HSBC, TradeMalta’s Go Global programme is now accredited by the University of Malta and incorporates a hands-on component engaging participants in conducting a business context assessment and drawing up a prospective internationalisation plan for their organisation.
Attendees at this session included CEOs, directors and export managers of indigenous businesses and foreign participants, including: Business Works, C. Cini Manufacturing, Dias, European Pilot Academy, Farsons, Gutenberg Press, GRTU, Intermarkets Stationeries Ltd, James Caterers, Malta Freeport, Medavia, Overseas Healthcare Ltd, Sales Differentiate and Strand Palace Agencies.
