Assertiveness is a skill that can be learned. In every area of our lives there are times when we need this skill.
The Counselling Unit is organising a seminar to help you develop this skill. During the session the barriers to being assertive will be explored, as well as how to develop ways of getting what we want without infringing on the rights of others, and not damaging the relationship either.
This seminar will be led by Ms Maryann Borg Cunen.
