The Marie (Skłodowska)-Curie team would like to remind FP7 Marie Curie researchers of their obligation to submit:
- an evaluation questionnaire – at the end of his/her appointment/recruitment period
- a follow-up questionnaire – two years after the end of his/her appointment/recruitment period.
Researchers are to refer to the article mentioned below from the grant agreement:
Art III.2 of the grant agreement:
In addition to the obligations identified in Article II.2, the beneficiary shall:
i) take measures to ensure that the researcher completes the evaluation questionnaires, provided by the Research Executive Agency (REA) , at the end of the project
j) contact the researcher two years after the end of the project in order to invite him/her to complete the follow-up questionnaires, provided by the REA
k) record and update, for at least three years after the end of the project, the contact details of the researcher
l) transmit to the REA the completed questionnaires mentioned in point i) and j) of this Article as well as the information mentioned in point k) of this Article upon request.
Researchers funded under FP7 Marie Curie are invited to submit both questionnaires, in accordance with the deadline(s) specified in the article (if not yet done).
This questionnaire is of high importance to the REA and the European Commission. It is essential in order to get feedback from the researchers on their career development and the effectiveness of the Marie Curie Actions fellowships in providing them with working opportunities. Replies will also contribute to better designing the programme for the future.
Questionnaires are accessible online.
