Quaderno italo-maltese
Quaderno italo-maltese edited by Professor Alfredo Luzi from the University
of Macerata with the collaboration of the University of Malta's Departments
of Italian and Maltese, is a recent publication of Metauro Edizioni s.n.c.
Broadly speaking, the book deals with Italo-Maltese linguistic, literary
and cultural relations bringing together presentations given in Macerata
by University of Malta lecturers Dr Arnold Cassola, Professor Joe Brincat
and Dr Joe Eynaud as well as those given by Professor Luzi himself in Malta
on twentieth century Italian literature. Professor Luzi has been
a regular visitor to Malta in recent years. This initiative is the
fruit of the bilateral cooperation agreement that exists between the two
universities and which provides for staff and student exchanges.
