A fun way of learning about British icons The British High Commission yesterday presented ten Trading Nation games to the University Summer School.

Trading Nation is a game for two players using a pack of 100 collectable cards. Based on the Japanese craze Pokemon, these cards depict 100 British icons. Each card has a name, an illustration, a description, a trading value and an icon status. They should delight children of all ages and provide a simple but valuable insight into many British subjects.

Brian Bonnici, the University Summer School Principal, said that the children were very enthusiastic about Trading Nations. He said that this was a very good time to launch such a game as the children are always attracted to collecting and swapping cards.

In fact as soon as they opened the Trading Nations box, the University Summer School students were enthralled by the colourful cards and the interesting pictures.
