Presentation at the University of Malta Library 
His Excellency the Ambassador of the Russian Federation Mr. Valentin S.
Vlasov recently presented the University of Malta Library with back numbers
of the prestigious journal 'Science in Russia' published by the Russian
Academy of Sciences. The presentation was made to University Rector Prof.
Roger Ellul-Micallef in the presence of the new director of the Russian
Centre for Science and Culture Dr. Sergey Medvedev and University Director
of Library Services Mr. Anthony Mangion.
