Dr Karl Gwinnutt, Consultant Anaesthetist, Hope Hospital, Manchester, UK, who will shortly be visiting the Department of Surgery, Faculty of Medicine & Surgery, will give a public lecture on "Current Concepts in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation" on Monday, 19 January at 1900hrs.

Dr Gwinnutt will also lecture medical students on "Management of the trauma patient" on Monday, 19 January at 1300hrs, whilst on Tuesday 20 January at 1900hrs, the subject of a specialist lecture to anaesthetists will be Anaesthesia for total hip replacement surgery. All lectures will be held in the Conference Hall, Medical School, G'Mangia.
