Melitensia Section at the Medical School Library
The Medical School Library has initiated the setting up of a Melitensia
Section of academic medical material published by Maltese authors. This
would enable future researchers easy access to previously published works
in their field of research endeavour. It would be appreciated if members
of the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery would deposit copies/photocopies
of any publication/articles/thesis published during 2004 in the Medical
School Library.
In addition, the Medical School is re-furbishing and re-organising its
Historical Medical Instrument exhibition. Any donations of old unwanted
medical instruments of any kind would be welcome to enhance the collection.
Due acknowledgement as to providence will be made with each exhibit.
