Studying for a Taught MA in English at the University of Malta
The Department of English within the Faculty of Arts will again be conducting the taught Masters programme in Modern and Contemporary Literature and Criticism starting in February 2007. The Programme, which was introduced in February of last year, offers the advantage of guided postgraduate study and regular seminar-based tuition delivered in the evenings. Students enrolling in the programme will follow two core courses and will have the opportunity of choosing three elective courses from a generous range of options reflecting recent trends in the study of English and of the humanities generally. The teaching is spread over two semesters, with a third semester devoted to the completion of a short dissertation.
