Short Course and One-Day Seminar at the University of Malta Gozo Centre The University of Malta Gozo Centre will be organising the following short course and one-day seminar during February and March 2006.

Short Course on ‘Eu Institutions’

The aim of the course is to introduce students to the decision-making institutions of the European Union as well as law making in the Union. The course is essential for students wishing to gain knowledge of the way in which the EU functions.

The tutor of the course is Dr Roderick Pace. The course will be spread over 12 sessions held on alternate weekends, commencing Friday 24th February 2006. Friday sessions will be held from 1900hrs to 2100hrs and Saturday sessions will be held from 1030hrs to 1230hrs.

One-day Seminar on ‘Managing Time more Profitably’

Time is a limited and most valuable resource. Persons involved in supervision, middle or top management need to know how to manage this scarce resource more efficiently and effectively. This one-day seminar will help participants investigate time usage, assign priorities and plan their and other people’s time. Moreover they will discover how to achieve more with less.

The tutor of the seminar is Mr Charles J Falzon. The seminar will be held on 11th March from 0930hrs to 1700hrs.
