Dr. Schembri is the coordinator of the Academic English Programme within the Institute of
Linguistics & Language Technology. She is also a member of the Institute Board, and the
University of Malta Plagiarism Committee.

Dr. Schembri is a member of the second working group of the EU funded
network project STRENGTHENING EUROPEANS'
CAPABILITIES BY ESTABLISHING THE EUROPEAN LITERACY NETWORK (COST Action IS1401) and acts
as MC substitute for the same project.
