Oliver joined Finance Department way back in June 1991 as a Clerk. His final promotion within Finance was as an Administrative Officer in November 2006.
He was promoted to the grade of Sports Manager at the Institute for Physical Education and Sport in October 2007. Oliver is mainly responsible for the day-to-day management of the sports facilities, administering their upkeep and maintenance, and their allocation to students, staff and outside bodies. He coordinates the daily duties of the sports attendants entrusted to him. Oliver is also in charge of any financial matters at the Institute such as procurement and costings.
