Meet Ms. Sefora, the youngest member at Ilwien and a cherished presence in her home, where she shares is the youngest sibling from two others. Beyond her role at work, Ms. Sefora is a great aunt to four wonderful children, adding an extra layer of joy and connection to her life. With a love for animals and a penchant for artistic expression through drawing, Ms. Sefora finds fulfilment in the simple pleasures of making sweets and spending quality time indoors with her loved ones. Her initial career aspirations leaned towards hairdressing, but a pivotal suggestion from her mother-in-law, a teacher, redirected her path toward a course in childcare. A decision she does not regret, as it opened doors to a fulfilling and purposeful career. Starting her journey at MCAST at the age of 18, Ms. Sefora completed a 4-year course in childcare. Her professional endeavours began as a Child Care Educator at San Luigi for a year before seizing the opportunity to join Ilwien in 2016. Ms. Sefora values a balanced approach in her work, striking a harmony between structure, rules, and opportunities for free play. Good manners hold significant importance for her, seeing them as a reflection of respect toward others. Her sincere nature shines through, and while she takes her time to trust others, once that trust is established, she becomes incredibly loyal and genuine. Ms. Sefora is not one to shy away from providing constructive feedback, embodying a commitment to open communication and growth.
