Proficiency Tests are only required as follows:
For B.Ed (Hons) Primary Education - both Maltese and English Proficiency Tests
For B.Ed (Hons) Early Childhood Education and Care - both Maltese and English Proficiency Tests
For B.Ed (Hons) Secondary - only English Proficiency Test
Applicants with a Secondary Education Certificate Grade3 or higher will be exempted from the Proficiency Tests (THIS APPLIES FOR BOTH ENGLISH AND MALTESE); Applicants with a Grade C or better at Intermediate or a Grade C or better at Advanced level will also be exempted from the Proficiency Test.
