Malta Enterprise has approved the two M.Sc. programmes offered by the Department of Chemistry under its Get Qualified scheme. Students undertaking these M.Sc. programmes can apply to get part of the costs back as a tax credit under this Malta Enterprise scheme. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to recover up to 80 per cent of their expenses on registration fees and fees paid to the University of Malta.

The programmes of studies offered by the Department of Chemistry and which fall under this scheme are the M.Sc. in Applied Chemistry and the M.Sc. in Chemistry by Research (both full-time and part-time students are eligible).
