Every Faculty has a focal person who is a member of the Faculty Board. Students may ask for the help of this focal person should they encounter problems. The following are the names of the lecturers in each Faculty:

Students who have sought the help of a focal person or KSU representatives and need further assistance, may refer their problem to the Pro-Rector by filling in a form [PDF] and this will be seen by the Pro-Rector for Students and Institutional Affairs and the Students' Charter Sub-Committee, should the problem be related to the Students' Charter.

The Complaint Form is to be given to Ms Ruth Zammit at the Pro-Rectors' Office.
