Rev. Dr Frank Borg Fr Frank Borg joined the Dominican Order in 1968 and was ordained priest on the 20th July 1974.  As a Dominican, Fr Frank has served for many years in the youth ministry of the province of St Pius V in Malta and abroad. He has held several offices amongst which those of Rector of St Albert the Great College in Valletta, Prior of various convents and Rector of the basilica of Santa Sabina in Rome.

Fr Frank received a Diploma in Social Ethics from the University of Oxford and another in Post Graduate Education from the University of Malta.  He also holds an STHL and a Licentiate in Sacred Theology and Philosophy from the University of Malta (Angelicum, Rome) as well as a Licentiate and Doctorate in Sacred Liturgy and Theology from the Pontifical Liturgical Institute of St. Anselm in Rome.

He is a senior lecturer of Sacred Liturgy in the faculty of Theology at the University of Malta and at the INSERM.  He also holds conferences and seminars in various parishes in Malta and Gozo.  Fr Frank has carried out research in catechetical and pastoral liturgy both in Malta and abroad and is the author of various books on liturgy.  Fr Frank is a member of several international liturgical associations such as the Societas Liturgica (USA) and PIL (an association of former students of St. Anselm in Rome).  He was nominated member on the International Dominican Commission for Sacred Liturgy in St. Sabina, Rome, by the Master of the Dominican Order, Fr Carlos Aspiroz Costa O.P.
