The University of Malta’s Gender+ Equity Plan (G+EP) aims to address any structural, cultural and/or situational barriers, to facilitate the participation of the diverse population within this institution, by adopting an intersectional approach taking into consideration, but not limited to, gender, disability, race & ethnicity, religion and socio-economic backgrounds.

We strive to enable and facilitate the participation of staff, students, alumni and visitors while empowering them to achieve their full potential as members of the University community, Maltese and global society.
