The University of Malta staff and the KSU are commemorating Pink October 2018 on Thursday, 18 October at 12:30 in the Quadrangle.

All students and members of staff are invited to participate and contribute towards the Pink October initiative. Tokens will be given to all those who donate EUR 5 or more. Throughout the month of October, donations are being accepted both at the Pro-Rectorate Office, 2nd Floor, Administration Building and at the KSU Office.
Thursday 18 October will be a dress-down day for staff, who are encouraged to wear last year’s Pink October tee-shirts or to wear pink to show solidarity with the cause. A group photo of all participants will be taken in the Quadrangle at 13:30.
Throughout the event the Mobile Blood Donation Unit
will be present outside Car Park 6 from 09:00. Book a slot to donate blood.
The Food Faculty by Catermax, Busy Bee and the Chaplaincy will also be contributing to the event, and all proceeds will be added to the University donation to Marigold Foundation.
