Our Department is at the forefront of international research in the fields of Spanish studies and Comparative Literature. We are associated with research groups at the Universities of Valladolid and Oviedo, with research programmes at the Universities of Amsterdam and Autónoma Madrid, and we contribute to the editorship of research publications at the Universities of Salamanca and Liverpool. Among the many extracurricular activities we organise with the Spanish Embassy is the annual Malta Forum of Teachers of Spanish.
